The Corn Multiprocessor model MPZ/AE has the purpose of removing the germ from corn grains based on the semi humid process.
After proper conditioning, the grains pass through the machine chamber where a rotor (shaft) with a special geometry provide friction between the grains, removing the peel and germ from them. The peel and germ are then sucked off the MPZ/AE multiprocessor through a pneumatic system. The results is a clean final product, free from germ and peel, eliminating the need of further operations.
