The ZX Series machines has been developed for the purpose of meeting the requirements of small rice milling industries, supplying machines of low power consumption and excellent yields, providing a final product of high quality.

The Brown Rice and Whitening Unit, model AIZX-25, is a compact machine which is capable of processing up to 1250 kg/h of paddy rice. It is composed of a paddy husker that uses 6" x 8.3/4" rubber rolls, husk separation chamber, paddy separator with indented, stainless separating plate and whitener that removes the bran layer and germ from the rice kernels and better surface finishing. This unit is an adequate solution for those who want to start in the rice business or expand his already existing installation, at a low cost.

Construction Characteristics:

A single motor for driving the whole unit
